Howdy! That's a good question. To update your account information and view your order history, the first thing you need to do is go to the magical world of "My Account. Here you will be able to view all your orders as if you were browsing through your own personal library of tea leaves. And if you want to change your account information, we will guide you to the correct fields and store your account information safely and securely.

Is your loose tea sustainably produced?

Of course our teas are sustainably produced! We could not cross our hearts to hurt our beloved tea plants and the planet. We do our best to buy our teas through farmers who use organic and sustainable methods to grow their crops. And as an added bonus, tea made with love for the earth just tastes so much better!

How can I contact you if I have questions or need help with ordering?

With us, you get personal attention and advice, directly from one of our employees. So if you want to talk to us, all you have to do is let your fingers dance on the keyboard and send us a message. We promise to get back to you in no time, unless we're busy making our own cup of tea of course. So don't hesitate to contact us! PS: Of course you can also call us, but you probably already read our contact information.

What are the health benefits of tea and how can it be prepared?

Tea is not only delicious, it also has many health benefits. For example, drinking tea can help reduce stress, improve digestion and strengthen the immune system. Green tea, for example, is known for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, while chamomile tea has a calming effect on the nervous system. And let's not forget the classic: black tea, which can also regulate blood sugar levels.

And these are just a few examples of the many benefits that tea offers.

But did you know that preparing tea is also an art in itself? It all starts with choosing the right tea and water temperature. Green tea, for example, needs a lower water temperature than black tea. And the longer you let the tea steep, the stronger the flavor becomes. So if you like a subtle flavor, don't let the tea steep too long.

At Tea.EU, we have a wide selection of high-quality teas that are perfect for any time of day. And with our tips for preparing tea, you can be sure to enjoy the health benefits and delicious flavors of our teas to the fullest.

What types of tea do you sell and how are they produced?

At All-Tea, we are passionate about tea and we are proud to offer a wide range of tea classes made from the leaves of the Camellia Sinensis tea bush. Our teas come from different parts of the world, including China, Japan, India and Sri Lanka, and each has its own unique flavor profile and production method.

For example, we carry green tea, black tea, white tea, oolong tea, fermented tea (pu-erh) and yellow tea. Green tea, for example, is produced by slightly wilting the leaves and then briefly heating them to stop the oxidation process. Black tea, on the other hand, undergoes complete oxidation and therefore has a powerful flavor. White tea is picked before the leaves are fully developed and has a mild and subtle flavor. Oolong tea is partially oxidized and has a complex flavor profile that lies somewhere between green and black teas. Fermented tea, also called pu-erh, is fermented and aged to develop a rich, earthy flavor. And yellow tea is produced by a special technique similar to green tea, but with an additional step that slightly wilts the tea leaves.

We pride ourselves on offering only premium teas at fair prices, good for the flavors and your wallet. We work with producers and importers to ensure that our tea is produced sustainably and ethically. We believe it's important to know where our tea comes from and how it was produced, so we can make sure we're providing only the best quality tea to our customers. Good to know anyway!

What are your shipping costs and delivery times?

At Tea.EU, we understand that nobody likes to pay too much for shipping. That's why we have a special deal for our customers in the Netherlands - if you order for more than 40,- euros, we'll pay the shipping costs for you. It's like offering a free cookie with your cup of tea - it makes it all just that little bit tastier. And for our Belgian customers, we also have a wonderful deal - if you order for more than 45,- euros, we will ship your order absolutely free as well!

And rest assured, we know that time is precious. That's why we do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. For orders within the Netherlands, it usually takes 1-2 business days to get to you. For orders to Belgium and Germany, it takes a little longer, about 2-4 business days. But don't worry, just like making a good cup of tea, we take the time to make sure everything is perfect before we ship it to you.

What is the return policy and how does it work?

If your order does not meet your expectations, you can return it. Please note that there may be fees associated with the return, as listed on our website. You can often easily calculate the return costs through the package carrier's website.

Even our staff can make a mistake and if the wrong products are delivered and the shipment has to be returned, we will of course bear the costs. In that case always contact us first so we can solve this together.

If a complete order is correctly delivered by Tea.EU and it is returned by you, you will receive the total amount - excluding any shipping costs as stated on the invoice - back to the bank account number known to us. Please note that the cost of return shipping is for you, the customer.

What payment methods does Thee.EU accept?

Of course, we gladly accept payments in all forms, from a pile of gold coins to a bucket full of diamonds, but we understand that not everyone has these extravagant payment methods at their disposal, and besides, our Premium Tea is just very affordable, so on to business! That's why we actually offer the more traditional payment methods, such as iDeal, VISA, Maestro and BankContact, for the convenience of our customers. So no worries, you don't have to find a treasure map first to store with us!

What is your privacy policy and how does safeguarding customer data work?

We take customer data privacy and security very seriously. Our privacy policy is as strong as our herbal tea. We use security measures as robust as the taste of our black tea. From encrypted payment details to sophisticated firewalls, we are committed to protecting our customers' information and have installed an SSL connection for this purpose. And when it comes to our privacy promise, you can trust that we won't break it - it's like promising never to add a splash of milk to a cup of pure green tea.

But what does SSL mean?

SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer, which basically means that our website is as secure as a safe filled with our best tea leaves. It is a technology used to create a secure connection between a Web server and a browser. Just like brewing a perfect cup of tea, we have used the best ingredients to create our SSL certificates so that our customers can store safely and without worry. SSL encrypts sensitive data, such as passwords and payment information, so no one else can see it. So when you shop with us, you can rest assured that your data is safe, just like our tea leaves.
