At Thee.eu we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your order and on this page Returns and Cancellations we would like to describe how this works. If you are not completely satisfied after receiving your order, please let us know so we can find a suitable solution together. It is best to contact us via e-mail or the contact form on the website, where you can add pictures to clarify the situation. Of course, you can also call us, only sometimes we are very busy in the warehouse packing all the tea to get the orders out the door on time.

Conditions associated with returns incl. any fees

If your order does not meet your expectations, you can return it. Please note that there may be fees associated with the return, as listed on our website. You can often easily calculate the return costs through the package carrier's website.

 

Even the staff of All Tea can make a mistake and if the wrong products have been delivered and the shipment has to be returned, the costs are of course at our expense. In that case, always contact us first so we can resolve this together.

 

If a complete order is correctly delivered by All Tea and it is returned by you, you will receive the total amount - excluding any shipping costs as stated on the invoice - back to the bank account number known to us. Please note that the cost of return shipping is for you, the customer.

 

If you want to return only a part of your order and keep a part of it, you will only receive a refund for the returned items and not the shipping costs. The cost of return shipping is for you, the customer.

Sealed and perishable products exception

Notice: Due to hygienic reasons, we unfortunately cannot take back sold loose tea in cans. Sold loose tea in refill packaging or sealed packaging can be returned, provided the seal or packaging has not been broken. This also applies to products with a limited shelf life.

Exchanging something from an order

At Thee.eu we want you to be completely satisfied with your order! If you are not completely happy, you can return part of your order. Exchanging in itself will not work, but we will refund you the value of the returned item within 14 calendar days. And after that you can of course just buy a new order to order the desired product. Together we will make sure you will soon be able to enjoy your favorite tea again! Note: the cost of returning the product is for your own account.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. Once we have received the product in good condition, we will refund you the full order amount, excluding shipping costs.

Note: the cost of the return is at your own expense and is approximately € 6 per package. You can send the return shipment to our warehouse: Tea.eu, Renoirhof 50, 1628XC, Hoorn. You can often easily calculate the return costs via the website of the parcel carrier.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@thee.eu Once we have received your return request, we will refund the amount due to you within 14 days, provided the product has been received back in good order and meets the return conditions.
