Our terms and conditions are honest, direct and open. Not too long and nice and clear, without any difficult words. Feel free to go through them below and if you still have questions, give us a call or email; We'll grab a nice cup of tea together and talk about it!

3. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply when you buy or have bought something from us. We do our best to bring these terms and conditions to your attention. It tells you what we do for you and what we expect from you. Sometimes we have separate terms and conditions for a product. In that case these terms and conditions also apply.

4. The range of our Tea and Accessories

We always tell you online honestly what, when and how you can buy something. And of course what it costs and whether you can and may exchange it. Error on our product page? You can hold us to that, of course. Except when the mistake is clearly a blunder and you should have known about it in advance. We all make mistakes and we demand that you treat us as we treat you.

5. The agreement

We work every day to create a secure web environment so that you can confidently select and purchase your tea from us. When you order something from us, you will get a confirmation email. After that we will keep you informed until your package arrives. After all, it's your stuff. We work together with MyParcel, a reliable subsidiary of PostNL.

We include all the information and data you need with your order, but most of it can also be found on our website. The digital version can be found in your Tea.eu account.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. Once we have received the product in good condition, we will refund you the full order amount, excluding shipping costs.

 

Please pay extra attention here: the costs for returning are at your own expense and amount to approximately €6 per package. You can send the return shipment to our warehouse: Thee.eu, Renoirhof 50, 1628XC, Hoorn. You can often easily calculate the return costs via the website of the parcel carrier. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@thee.eu Once we have received your return request, we will refund the amount due to you within 14 days, provided the product has been received back in good order and meets the return conditions.

7. Return shipping costs.

Those have written above for you. Because of the products we work with, we have to be keen on this and it can't be otherwise. So please read the detailed descriptions with the tea carefully so you can enjoy the beautiful tea when the package arrives.

8. The price

We are honest about that, so there are no surprises.

The prices in our stores (because there will be some) and on our website are the same. How convenient!

9. Delivery and implementation

We make every effort to deliver your ordered tea and accessories quickly. If you order before 3 p.m., you will receive your purchase the next day. Unless we have agreed otherwise. Does it unexpectedly take longer than we promised? Then we will let you know as soon as possible. If in that case you no longer want it, we will refund your payment as soon as possible, but in any case within 14 days.

 

P.S. please be aware that in certain months parcel deliverers are extremely busy; this can affect the speed of delivery and is out of our control. We hope this doesn't affect you much, but it can happen.

 

Basically, if you can order it on our website, we have it in stock. Can we still not deliver it? Then we'll refund your money or offer you a good alternative.

 

If your order gets damaged or lost before it gets to you, it's our fault. We are therefore going to resolve it for you as soon as possible.

10. Product Information

It is important to inform you that the information on ingredients and allergens is carefully stated on our website and on the packaging of our loose-leaf and packaged teas. However, we are not liable for any errors or inaccuracies in the information provided, despite our best efforts to be careful and accurate in this regard. It is therefore the responsibility of you, the customer, to carefully read the information on the product page and packaging and contact us if there are any questions or concerns regarding ingredients or allergens.

11. Complaints

Do you have a complaint? Please let us know quickly if you have a complaint and describe your problem as clearly as possible. That way we can best help you. You'll get an answer from us within 3 business days at the latest (but will probably get it up in the air sooner though!) We'll help you right away, or you'll hear how much time we need to straighten it out.

 

You can also submit a complaint about our products or service to WebwinkelKeur, but we prefer to help you ourselves. If we talk about it properly together, it will probably be resolved in no time.

12. Disputes

Do we really not succeed? Then you can decide to submit the case within 12 months to the Home Shopping Disputes Committee via www.degeschillencommissie.nl/over-ons/commissies/thuiswinkel. We would really regret that. But we respect your choice.
